You guys are great! It's been so fun reading through all of your posts and hearing what you have to say about all of our new products. I'm excited for you to see everything in person! It won't be long, product is scheduled to begin shipping at the beginning of March.
Here's the coordinating product that goes with Grafton - stickers, chipboard embellishments, chipboard circles, die cut arrows and shapes, embellishment stickers, label stickers, buttons - it keeps going and going and going!
As you check out the chipboard and stickers, you'll see that Sarah's divided the line into 2 primary themes - beach and boy. Grafton is really versatile in that it can work for a lot of different themes.
Here are some layouts that I put together using Grafton. I have to tell you - having all of this paper to work with has my mind spinning non-stop! So many ideas, so many different themes to run with. My mind keeps going with ideas for over an hour every night after I go to bed. NOT a good thing when you're a night owl and working until the wee hours of the morning! I used a beach photo on this one, but obviously doesn't use any of the more 'beachy' themed papers.
I used the surfboard papers on this one, but Sam isn't at the beach - he's in a chair with a beach towel, so it works. (See that little guy on the journaling with a crown? That's a stamp. A STAMP - hint, hint....)
This sun paper is so fun! I cut out some of the rays with an xacto knife, mounted the sheet on white cardstock and then used the white space for my journaling.
I used another beach photo here, although the design is so generic that you could put any photo there. I love the funky shape of the circles! I also used a bunch of our Date Labels in my journaling - love using them for that.
Here are a few layouts Sarah created with Grafton. You'll notice the theme on 2 of her 3 layouts is 'boy' rather than beach, so if you're in a 'land locked' state like we are in Utah and loving Grafton but wondering how in the world you're going to use it, think again!
Look closely at her 1st 2 layouts, remember my post last week about photo mattes? You'll see that Sarah used them. There are 4 different colors - kraft, black, white grid and worn grid and they all have those fun tabs on them! They're great for a quick and easy photo matte, but they can also make quick and easy mini books - punch a few holes, add ribbon or rings and you're off.
More to share starting again on Monday, so check back and be sure to leave a comment on any of these new products posts for a chance to win 1 of 20 Grafton or Providence Kits!
Those of you living in Utah with some free time tomorrow - I'll be at All My Memories in Draper from 12 to 3 doing a Make & Take with our Loveland line. If you're out and about, drop in and say hi!
By the way, it's snowing here AGAIN today! It's been snowing every other day since last week. It's nuts...
