Day 10 was all about the weather -
Or maybe I should say the 'lack of' weather! It started with this flag page.
When I initially created the base, I didn't leave too much room for a photo and journaling. So I decided to use the back of the page for my journaling and then added a 6x6 photo as another page. I included a snowflake transparency over the photo to emphasize the 'lack of' snow we've had this season & that it was 65 degrees!
For the photo I used an app on my iPhone called Instaweather. You take any photo, open the app, select the photo and it adds a weather overlay to your photo. There are a lot of different overlays that you can use. I think it's such a fun way to capture a photo - in this case it was the barren trees & grass in our backyard, noticeably void of snow! - and then capture the weather associated with that photo. Love using it in my December Daily this year!
