This one is about the 'other' side of our Christmas tree -
Without sharing blueprints of our formal living and dining room (hee hee!), I'll just say that because of the layout and where we put the tree, there are really 2 sides of our tree. On the 'other' side of the tree, I always put all of the handmade ornaments the boys have made over the years. The always tease me it's because I don't like them, but honestly I love seeing them all grouped together!
Earlier this month I mentioned that I had opportunity to participate in The Paperclipping Roundtable along with Ashli Oliver, Katie Scott, and Noell Hyman. The topic - daily scrapbooking in December and how the 4 of us each approach it. It was a super fun session; you can listen in here. One of the things that came up was scrapbooking about ornaments; trust me - it was a hoot! But anyway, that got me to thinking that it would be fun to document the 'other' side of our tree.
Here's a better photo of the 'other' side of our tree. Our boys are 13 and 16 now, so there are LOTS of handmade lovelies filling up this side of the tree :)
