It's official.
I am burned out.
The December Daily. The holidays. Red and green. Being cheery.
Today is a 'spend the day in pajamas' day. All day.
And I'm relishing every minute of it.
Worked on day 24 this afternoon.
Had to.
If I don't wrap up days 24 and 25 in the next few days, it will never happen.
See, you can tell I'm burned out on December Daily. Don't get me wrong, I love it. And every year I'm determined to finish because I think it's the best project. Ever. Every year as we're getting out the Christmas decorations, I start thumbing through the past year's books and I'm reminded again how much I love it.
But when it comes to December 26th I think I'm DONE. Still 2 days to go, but I feel like I don't have it in me. But I power through anyway.
Heh. If you can call 'powering through' printing 2 black and white photos, slapping some stickers on a page protector and calling it good.
So yes. That's how I'm defining 'powering through' today. And I'm ok with that. ;)
