A year ago today, I set out for a walk. And ended up running home.
Since that day a year ago, I've run 8 races, gone through 3 pairs of running shoes, had 2 knee injuries, logged 193 workouts, made 3 visits to the physical therapist, run 635 miles, burned 27 pounds, made it .03 times around the world, and burned enough calories for 513.72 donuts.
By far the longest time I have ever kept up an exercise routine.
Even with my current knee injury, still at it.
And still loving it!
