Kit clubs - I'm growing to love them! SO fun to have someone else combine a selection of coordinating products from different manufacturers and have it arrive on your doorstep all ready to play with. Something very liberating about that for me - here's some stuff, don't use much else, now GO.
I had a chance to play with another fun kit club this month, Dixie Pieces.
Here's a sneak of the fun kit they put together this month with LOTS of products from our Sonoma line along with some alpha stickers, leaves, tickets, ribbon, tulle, etc.
Here are the layouts I made with their November kit - Harvest.
I cut the tree from our Ashville Kraft Branch paper and added the leaves from the kit and some buttons on this one. Love the puffy, glossy alpha stickers included in the kit (American Crafts, I think).
More photos from my childhood, Christmas 1971. A piece of tulle was included in the kit, hadn't used that in scrapbooking before. It was fun to use on a page.
Our Chipboard Button Shapes were included in the kit. I inked one with brown ink to match the color of the alpha stickers, covered with a GENEROUS coating of Glossy Accents and used as the letter 'o' in 'roar'.
The November Kit goes on sale at Dixie Pieces tomorrow, the 1st. Their catalog items are now on sale 15% off through November 15th (does not include the November kits). To take advantage of the sale, use coupon code 32131F at check out on their site.
Thanks again Sherry and Dixie Pieces for asking me to be your guest designer for the November kit!!
