(isn't that a jingle for some cleaning product?)
Or maybe I shoud say Rub It On....

So... 8 new rub-ons. Colors, shapes, symbols, labels!
If you haven't tried Scenic Route rub-ons before, they're some of the best out there. And I'm telling you that from a scrapbookers perspective, not because I work for Scenic Route!
They go on like butter. I know a lot of manufacturers say that, but they really do. They don't have that opaque looking halo surrounding the rub on after you apply them. And, most importantly, they DON'T have a sticky back to them like most rub-ons, so you don't have to worry about getting them stuck to your face, your hands, your desk, your dog, your kid, themselves - anywhere BUT where you want them to stick. Come on, don't look at me like I'm nuts, you know exactly what I mean! If you use rub-ons AT ALL, you know that has happened to you. Getting a little off track here, but why not share a little tip as long as I'm off track. WHEN you accidentally get rub-ons on your layout or project in a place where you didn't want them to be, don't start freaking out - no worries, it can be fixed. First rule of thumb - do not ever, ever, EVER try to use your fingernail to scrape them off. Same goes for tweezers or any other tool. When you do that, you're actually rubbing it in more, not getting it to come off. Instead, take a piece of Scotch tape, place it over the misplaced rub-on and LIGHTLY press down. Carefully pull the Scotch tape off and VOILA! The rub-on is on the tape instead of where you don't want it to be. Give it a try, it really works. And it works with 99.99% of the rub-ons out there. Ok, I haven't tried them all, OR found one that it doesn't work on, but that .01% keeps me safe.
Alrighty. More layouts to share tomorrow.
Down to today's RAKs. Today's lucky winners are...
